A syringe and a permanent filler repairs most unpleasing marks on the nose’s outside. Treatments are spaced four to five weeks apart; usually in three, short office appointments. The procedure substitutes for most surgical rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty cases. Permanent, non-surgical rhinoplasty is usually 80 percent less than surgery.
